Cowichan Bay’s Desirae Ridenour has been pick in the Canada’s Trithlon squad for the Limer Peru 2019 Pan American games.
19 year old Ridenour named in the team of Trithlon canada line up on couple of days ago as she is best performance in the Multiple events.
“I’m very excited to represent Canada at another games,” she said. “It’s always an honour to wear the maple leaf and have the support of the country behind me. My experience at the Commonwealth Games in Australia provided me with a better understanding of what to expect and how to conduct myself in a multi-games environment. I can’t wait for another opportunity in Lima.”
Ridenour who is triple gold medalist in 2017 canada summer games events.
If we look at the Canada’s performance in Trithlon events they will be earn total of Nine Medals since 1995.
The individual triathlon event will played on July 27. A mixed-relay competition will take centre stage on July 29.
